The Social Canvas Projects
Spencer is the founder and CEO of 'The Social Canvas Projects', a social enterprise aimed at reimagining the power of the creative arts in driving social change through interdicsciplinary project based collaborations.
For the type of projects that we do at TSCP, pictureed above, is a panel discussion held in collaboration with the Fitzwilliam Museum Society, featuring the Chinese artist Ai weiwei in conversation with Dr. Kareem Estefan, discussing the role of interdisciplinary creativity in social activism, and art as a form of journalism at St. John's College, Cambridge.
Pictured left is a concert and panel discussion held at the London School of Economics featuring Gabriel Prokofiev, Khabat Abas, Dr. Franziska Strack, and Dr. Tamsin Alexander, on Art Politics in light of the Russo-Ukrainina War. The event explored questions such as where and how have artists situated themselves in times of political turmoil in the past and how can that inspire us as artist's today.
